If you’re looking to get further acquainted with your G-spot — an erogenous zone located on your vaginal wall — a G-spot vibrator is a good place to start, and there are plenty on the market designed specifically to stimulate it. Over the past three years, I’ve written stories about all sorts of sex toys, including our guides to the best vibrators, the best air-suction toys, and the best toys for beginners — and I’ve tried a lot of G-spot toys, so I know for a fact that they all bring something a little different to the table. There are rabbits, thrusters, and even non-vibrating options to explore. I’ve conducted interviews with dozens and dozens of experts, including sex therapists, sex-shop owners, and toy reviewers, and have tested dozens of toys out in my own bedroom. Plus I’ve also made personalized recommendations to friends over the years, so I have a good sense of which toys are the biggest crowd-pleasers based on a larger body of evidence. Below, you’ll find a list of the-best-of-the-best G-spot vibrators that includes options for couples, beginners, and everyone in between.

Update on October 28, 2024: Updated prices and checked stock for all products.

You want to make sure you’re investing in toys that are made of high-quality, body-safe materials. Body-safe materials — which include silicone, glass, metals like stainless steel, and ABS plastic — are nonporous, so they are less likely to harbor harmful bacteria or viruses and are therefore more hygienic.

The more levels of speed a vibrator has, the more opportunity there is to experiment to find what works best for your body. Keep in mind that if you are more sensitive, you may only need to play around with the lower levels, while those who are less sensitive will need a toy with higher settings.

Like intensity, vibrators often have different patterns that will impact the types of sensations you can experiment with.

Material: Silicone, ABS plastic | Speed: three speeds | Patterns: eight patterns

The Lelo Gigi 2 is one of the brand’s best sellers and features a soft silicone tip, waterproof construction, and lasts for up to four hours once fully charged. The feature that makes it really stand out is the flat tip and curved shaft that are designed to maximize contact with the G-spot. All three of our testers loved it with one of them calling it “the yacht rock of vibrators” for its widespread appeal. Meanwhile, Tester D actually held up a notebook with a list of the vibrators she tried with “YES” written next to the Gigi. “I really like the shape of this one for someone who is a bit wary of penetration,” says Lisa Finn, a sex educator at Babeland. “The shaft isn’t superthick or girth-y.” Carol Queen, Ph.D., staff sexologist at Good Vibrations and curator of the store’s Antique Vibrator Museum, points out that because it has a longer, slimmer design, it can fit easily between partners, making the Gigi a great toy for couples. And if you flip the toy upside down, the flat tip can also be used externally for clitoral stimulation.

Material: Silicone | Speed: five speeds | Patterns: zero patterns

For a less expensive option, Maude’s G-spot vibrator is a solid pick. It has the same sleek design and easy-to-use accessibility I’ve come to expect from Brooklyn-based company Maude. Compared to the Lelo Gigi above, it has a more traditional shape with a tapered head and a slimmer profile. While it features two more speeds, it doesn’t have any patterns at all, so it’s not quite as versatile but still offers plenty of fun settings to explore.

Material: Medical-grade silicone | Speed: five speeds | Patterns: five patterns

Dame products are well known for their supersoft silicone and well-designed shapes. The company was founded by two women — one studied clinical psychology, and the other is an MIT-trained mechanical engineer — whose brand philosophy is to make sex toys that blend more seamlessly with human bodies. Their G-spot vibe, the Arc, is no exception. This was one of my first G-spot toys, and I recommend it as an extremely accessible starter option owing to its slimmer girth. The curved head is meant to help you reach your G-spot, and the toy has a realistic feel without being overly intimidating. I also liked that the ergonomic handle is long enough that I could get a good grip on it without it slipping or having my hand cramp up. Plus the bulbous head is nice for clitoral stimulation, too.

Material: Silicone | Speed: eight speeds | Patterns: ten patterns

If you want to try a rabbit-style vibe, which will simultaneously stimulate both your G-spot and your clitoris, We-Vibe’s Nova 2 is my top recommendation. The tough thing with rabbits is they often aren’t very adjustable and can easily slip out of place while in use. We-Vibe’s Nova, on the other hand, is extremely flexible, which makes it accessible for lots of different bodies. While We-Vibe is best known for its couples’ toys (see below), the Nova can be used solo as well as with a partner. And like a lot of the toys in its lineup, it is also app-compatible, so it’s great for long-distance couples who want to stay connected (in more ways than one).

Material: Silicone | Speed: three speeds | Patterns: seven patterns

The Sync from We-Vibe is a wearable, C-shaped vibe that has held the top spot in my “Best Sex Toys for Couples” story three years running (and for good reason). I’m always impressed by We-Vibe: the strength of the vibrations, the very smooth feel of its silicone, and its products’ overall design are all top-notch. The way the Sync works is fairly straightforward: One end is worn internally while the external part lies on the clit. When used with a partner, that means you’re experiencing G-spot stimulation from both the toy and penetration. What makes the Sync especially user-friendly is that the angle of the toy is adjustable, so it bends to more comfortably fit the wearer’s shape. Plus it can be controlled with an accompanying remote (or an app if your partner isn’t in the same room or even country), so you or your partner can adjust the settings without having to fuss around with the buttons once the toy is in place.

Material: Steel | Speed: zero speeds | Patterns: zero patterns

If vibration isn’t your thing but you still want to experiment with your G-spot, the Njoy Pure Wand is a long-loved classic. While it might not have the bells and whistles of the other toys on this list, it doesn’t need them. The non-vibrating wand relies only on its sculptural shape and luxurious stainless-steel construction to deliver stimulation. The toy has a wonderful heft to it that provides a lovely weight internally and a firm pressure that is unparalleled. (It’s also a bit of a twofer because it’s a just-as-excellent anal toy, too.) The stainless steel warms up quickly with body heat, but you can also use it to experiment with temperature play by running it under cold or warm water.

Materials: Silicone | Speed: ten speeds | Patterns: five patterns

If you’re seeking a G-spot toy with a thrusting feel, Bellesa’s Thrust is my favorite because of the toy’s powerful motor and the ring of swirling beads at its base that adds additional stimulation. It also features a rabbit-style clitoral vibrator in addition to the internal arm. The shape of the head is designed to really target the G-spot and offers a choice of ten vibration speeds and five thrusting rhythms. Compared to the Nova, the other rabbit-style vibe on this list, the Thrust obviously, well, thrusts. But the main difference I found was that the Thrust’s clitoral arm isn’t quite as flexible as the Nova’s, so it’s a bit trickier to keep in place. However, the arm has a stingray-shaped attachment that covers quite a bit more surface area, so it’s still a good choice if you prefer more contact around the clit.

Materials: Medical-grade silicone | Speed: 14 intensity levels | Patterns: ten patterns

Suction toys work by concentrating pulses of air or sound waves that are designed to mimic oral sex. Typically these toys are used only on the clitoris, but Womanizer (the brand to first create the tech and that continues to innovate in the category) released the Duo 2, which provides both external and internal pleasure. It not only delivers the external air-pulse stimulation the brand has perfected but has a vibrator you can use internally to stimulate the G-spot and help you achieve blended orgasms. That being said, suction toys tend to produce a deeper and fuller orgasm than a regular vibrator to begin with. That added with the G-spot stimulation (plus the fact that this toy has the highest settings of all the vibes on this list) means it is best for those who prefer a lot of intensity or who have already experimented with air-suction toys in the past. The toy also features an Afterglow setting: After climax, one short press of the minus button will set the toy back to its lowest setting to ride out the end of your orgasm without getting oversensitized.
